These Terms govern your use of AI CV Analyzer & Resume Maker (the "App"), operated by Enes Öz ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze and score your CV/resume, provide feedback and interview questions, rewrite/improve your CV, and build resumes from templates. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple.
You agree not to: upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to submit; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; abuse credit, referral, or reward mechanics; or use the App to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.
AI-generated scores, feedback, rewrites, salary estimates and interview questions are provided for guidance only, may contain errors, and are not guarantees of any job, interview, ATS result, or outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before using it. The App is not a substitute for professional career, legal, or recruitment advice.
You retain all rights to the CV content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service (including sending its text to our AI provider for processing). We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy.
The App, its templates, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by these Terms.
The App relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google AdMob, and the Apple/Google app stores). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
