To analyze and score your CV with AI and return strengths, weaknesses, suggestions, ATS feedback and interview questions; to rewrite/improve your CV and build resumes from templates; to save your history; to manage your account and credits; to improve the app; to send notifications (only if you enable them); and to detect fraud and abuse.
Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK): your consent, performance of our service contract with you, and our legitimate interest in improving and securing the app.
The text of your CV is sent to Google Gemini through our secure Cloud Functions to produce your analysis and rewrites. Your CV file and its extracted text are not stored permanently on our servers after processing — only the resulting analysis is saved to your account so you can view your history.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of information.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share your CV content with advertising providers, and we do not use your CV content for advertising.
Your CV files are processed and discarded, not stored permanently. Your analysis history and account data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual analyses from the History tab, or delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account (or by email). Deletion via the app is immediate; requests by email are completed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained.
Under GDPR, KVKK and applicable law you may: access your data; request correction or deletion; export your data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email oze05607@gmail.com.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on Google's data-processing agreements and appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
AI CV Analyzer is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
