Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your AI CV Analyzer account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open AI CV Analyzer and sign in.
Go to Profile (or Settings → Profile).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email us from your account's email address:

Request deletion by email

Subject: "Delete my account". We complete email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (email, display name)
Your analysis history and generated results
Your preferences and settings
Remaining credits (credits are non-refundable and are forfeited on deletion)

Uploaded CV files are not stored permanently and are already discarded after processing. Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
