How does the photo analysis work?

Snap a photo of your meal and MacroLens uses AI to estimate its calories and macros in seconds. You can also search a food database, scan a barcode, or describe your meal in text.

What is the multi-angle precision scan?

After your first photo, tap Precision +2 to capture the same meal from 2–3 angles. Using parallax and volume estimation, this can reduce portion error by roughly 40% compared with a single photo — it's what makes MacroLens more accurate than a quick snap.

How accurate are the numbers?

Estimates are approximations to guide you — not medical advice. For conditions like diabetes or allergies, please rely on a professional. You can always edit any result before saving.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the store. On iPhone: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases on a new device.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Open Profile → you can permanently delete your account and all data, or export everything as a JSON file first. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes — you can explore as a guest. Sign in from your profile whenever you want to sync and back up your data.

Which sign-in options are supported?

Email/password, Google, and Apple (including Hide My Email).

You can permanently delete your MacroLens account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: open Profile → Delete Account and confirm.

By email: if you can't access the app, email oze05607@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account".

This permanently removes your profile, meal logs, food photos, health & goal data, and settings. Deletion is completed within 30 days. You can export your data as a JSON file from the app before deleting.
