Komba shows you which part of a snack is missing — protein, fiber or fat — and suggests what to add, before you eat. No calories, no macros, no numbers at all.

Common questions

Why are there no calories or macros?

On purpose. Komba is built for people who want to eat well without counting, including those who need to stay away from numbers entirely. The lean of the mass tells you what is missing — that is the whole measurement.

Why is it suggesting something I do not have?

It should not. Komba only suggests foods you marked as being in your kitchen. If something is off, open Settings and update your pantry.

I am vegan, but I got a dairy suggestion.

That is a bug and we want to know about it. Dietary filters are strict rules, not preferences. Please email us with the suggestion you saw.

I am not getting notifications.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Komba and make sure they are allowed. Komba sends at most two per day, only in the windows you picked. If you never chose a window, no notification will arrive — that is intended.

Can I use Komba without notifications?

Yes. Everything works. You will simply not be reminded during your windows.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Komba+ and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Komba. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the period ends.

Is my data backed up?

Not to us. Everything is stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes it.

Is Komba medical advice?

No. It suggests everyday food combinations and is not a medical or nutritional service. If you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating, follow the guidance of a qualified professional.
