Komba has no accounts and no sign-in. What you eat is never sent to us, and we could not read it even if we wanted to.
Nothing personal. Komba has no account system, no email field and no profile. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers.
Your pantry selections, dietary filters, notification windows and daily seals are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded, backed up to our servers, or shared. Deleting the app deletes them.
When you type what you have, the text is matched to a food using Apple's on-device intelligence. It never leaves your iPhone and is not sent to any server, including ours. If your device does not support on-device intelligence, Komba falls back to a local list — still entirely offline.
If you allow notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal receives a device push token and basic delivery information (whether a notification was delivered or opened) so reminders can be sent and measured. It does not receive what you eat. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings, and Komba keeps working without them.

Komba+ is an optional subscription. All payments are handled by Apple — we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase status. It does not receive your name, email, or anything you enter in the app.

Komba is not a medical or nutritional service. It does not count calories, diagnose, treat, or give clinical advice. It suggests everyday food combinations. If you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating, please follow the guidance of a qualified professional.
Komba is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.
